With the increasing number of racist insults targeted at students by senior educators, it is baffling that the public outrage calling for stern punitive actions against the perpetrators has fallen on deaf ears.
The authorities seemed more concerned about the vulgarity of Namewee's songs which viciously attacked the racist school principal, Siti Inshah Mansor of SMK Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra in Kulai.
As the authorities know the law better than the general public, perhaps it is time for the authorities to explain their course of inaction against the headmistress while they investigate Namewee for his allegedly seditious lyrics.

Is it true that reports and articles published by alternative media in the country were always based on opinions and were not facts based while those which were published by the mainstream media were solely facts based as the Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak had said yesterday?
Well, I myself as a journalist for an online media do not really agree with this statement because it would be unfair for him to say that alternative media only publish their reports or articles based on opinion.

When racism rears its ugly head in a country like Malaysia that has showcased racial harmony to the world for decades, it certainly becomes an ominous issue that need to be nipped in the bud.
Racism that started as slurs among politicians and even in parliament, has progressively worsened until it became the nasty, abysmal, corrupt and rotten quagmire of some politicians and groups that it is now.
Alarmingly racism too has crept into schools, the very place where kids were expected to be nurtured with principles of unity, racial integration and tolerance.
